The creation of a cultural centre for the citizens of Munich was the the local building board’s task, assigned by the regional capital of Munich upon approval by the city council.
DU took on the creation of the room book, based on the room, surface and functionality program for the the local building board. Subsequently, the quality targets, cost and time limits were synchronised and set as a standard for all parties involved in the project.
DU’s comprehensive project controlling ensured that quality targets and due dates were maintained, fortunately keeping the total costs beyond the limit.
For the regional capital of Munich this method became a forward-looking standard for the realisation of future projects. As a result, a workflow-oriented project management was implemented for the the local building board of regional capital of Munich.
