Project supervision
DU Diederichs has always followed customer demands, and has grown with them. We are more and more frequently asked to assume project supervision tasks. Of course, we will, even more so, as the necessary processes are deeply anchored in our service portfolio. DU Diederichs is responsible for the duration of a construction procedure, acting as a building owner's authorised representative or 'construction department'. The delegated tasks can be adapted to each single stage of the project.

It is your decision to what extent you want to delegate tasks to DU Diederichs. We will ensure the necessary competence to make and enforce decisions, required for the management of your project. We take on conflict management tasks, meetings at management level or with political or administrative authorities. DU Diederichs is the central contact point during a project.
