Realisation of the 'Bonn concept', basic redevelopment, BMWi
pretty high
The 16-storey building in Bonn had to be fundamentally redeveloped and arranged as second office for the Federal Minister for Economics, according to the design by the 'KSP' architects, Cologne.
Within the scope of the construction measure, the contaminated facade was dismantled and replaced. The technical building equipment and the interior works were completely renewed.
The current usage of the neighbouring buildings should not be disturbed by the construction process. A bridge was built, to make the building site accessible.
Cost and quality targets were maintained to the customer's satisfaction. In April 2003, the completed building was ceremoniously handed over in due time.
